sSystm has launched in private beta as the first BYOC agency OS. It runs an agency's CRM, projects, billing, documents and build tools on a database provisioned on the agency's own Cloudflare account — there is no central vendor database. STOCKHOLM, 4 July 2026 — sSystm today opened private beta for the first BYOC agency OS: an all-in-one platform for running an agency where the data lives on the agency’s own cloud account, and an AI assistant does the work across the entire workspace over the Model Context Protocol — with every action gated by a human.
sSystm answers a question the agency-software market has never answered well: why does running your agency mean handing every client record, project and invoice to a vendor’s central database? sSystm’s answer is that it shouldn’t. When you sign up, sSystm provisions your workspace as a database on your own Cloudflare account. There is no central database at the vendor to breach, to lock you in, or to hold your data hostage when you leave.

Your AI is the builder — and a human is always in control
Most “AI features” are a sidebar chatbot that can answer questions but can’t touch anything. sSystm inverts that. It exposes the whole workspace to your AI over the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — more than two dozen tools and resources spanning CRM, projects, design tokens, components and more. The core workspace is free — CRM, projects, billing, documents and calendar, all running on your own cloud. That is not a trial tier; it is the model. Your data and your own components are yours and are never charged for.
sSystm only charges for two things:
- Premium build modules — the shared, curated library of production-grade components and build tooling that ships to every workspace (not the components you build yourself).
- AI usage — the tokens your AI consumes when it works over MCP and the built-in generators, billed as usage.

Your data is provisioned on your own Cloudflare account, in the jurisdiction you pick at sign-in — including a hard EU option. If you stop using sSystm, the database stays where it always was: on your account. There is no export migration, because you already hold the keys.
