Calendar
Meetings, tasks and deadlines — unified.
#What Calendar does
One shared calendar for meetings, calls, deadlines and follow-ups — with smart categorisation as you type.
- Shared team events. Meetings, reviews and client calls in one place everyone can see. No more double-booking the same afternoon.
- Smart categories. Meetings, calls, deadlines, follow-ups — the calendar reads the title and categorises the entry for you, each type with its own colour.
- Day, week, month & year. Zoom out to plan the quarter or in to run the day, at the altitude you need.
- Writable by your AI. Your MCP-connected AI books events with sstm_calendar_add_event and reads the schedule via sstm://calendar/events.
#Plan the week
- Click New entry (or any day cell) to add an event with title, date, time and category.
- Categories are auto-suggested from the title — “deadline”, “launch” or “due” files the entry as a deadline; calls, meetings and follow-ups likewise. Each category has its own colour.
- Switch between Day, Week, Month and Year views; the agenda column keeps the upcoming list beside the grid.
- Import an
.icsfile to bring events over from another calendar (timezone-safe).
#On the MCP surface
Tell your AI to block time for a kickoff or schedule a review and it adds the event over MCP — it lands in the shared calendar instantly, visible to the whole team.

#On the Cloudflare side
- Calendar events are stored in the D1 database on YOUR Cloudflare account (BYOC) — the same customer-owned database as the CRM.
