Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets the boundaries for using sSystm. It protects you, other customers, and the infrastructure the platform runs on. It applies to everyone who uses the Service.
Last updated:
01Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of theTerms of Service. It exists because sSystm gives you real power — AI, an MCP write surface, and infrastructure running on a cloud account — and that power must not be turned against others or against the platform itself.
02Prohibited use
You must not use the Service to:
- store, generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates a third party's rights;
- process personal data unlawfully or without a proper legal basis;
- produce or distribute malware, phishing content, spam, or fraudulent material;
- harass, threaten, or facilitate harm to any person, or exploit or endanger minors;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
03The AI & MCP surface
sSystm exposes an AI agent and an MCP interface that can create and modify real resources. You must not:
- use the AI or MCP surface to generate content prohibited under this AUP;
- drive the AI or MCP endpoint to overload, probe or disrupt any system;
- use it to build or operate tooling intended to attack, scan or exploit others' infrastructure;
- attempt to defeat the human-approval gate on infrastructure operations, or approve actions you know to be harmful.
Remember: AI output can be wrong. You remain responsible for what you approve and run.
04Infrastructure & Cloudflare
sSystm runs on Cloudflare, including resources on your own account. You must comply withCloudflare's terms and acceptable-use rules, not use the Service to circumvent Cloudflare usage limits or abuse-prevention, and not deploy code through sSystm that attacks or unlawfully accesses other systems.
05Platform integrity
You must not attempt to:
- breach or bypass the tenant isolation that keeps each organisation's data separate;
- access another organisation's data, tokens or resources;
- reverse-engineer, disassemble or extract the platform's source except where allowed by law;
- interfere with, degrade or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its supporting systems.
Good-faith security research is welcome — please report findings responsibly tosupport@zorc.se rather than exploiting them.
06Consequences
If you breach this AUP we may — depending on severity and with notice where practicable — warn you, remove offending content, suspend features (such as the AI/MCP surface), or suspend or terminate access under theTerms. Serious or unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.
07Reporting abuse
To report misuse of the Service or a security concern, emailsupport@zorc.se. We take reports seriously and will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
