Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete the data sSystm holds about you — including anything connected through the Social module when you link an Instagram account via Meta.
Last updated:
01The short version
You can remove your data at any time. Disconnecting an Instagram account in the sSystm appimmediately deletes the access tokens we hold for it. Deleting your whole workspace or contacting us removes the rest of the personal data we hold centrally. Because sSystm isBring-Your-Own-Cloud, your business records live in your own Cloudflare account — you delete those directly, and they are never in a central sSystm database.
02Instagram / Meta connections (the Social module)
sSystm's Social module lets an authorised org admin connect their own Instagram Professional account through Meta (Instagram Business Login / OAuth), so they can compose and publish posts they explicitly approve. When you connect an account, we store — encrypted — the access token, your Instagram user ID and username, the token's expiry, and the permissions you granted. We use this only to publish content on your explicit request. We do not read your DMs, moderate comments, or collect insights.
Disconnect an Instagram account
In the app at app.ssystm.com, go toSocial → Connected accounts → Disconnect. This immediately and permanently deletes the encrypted access tokens and connection details sSystm holds for that account. sSystm can no longer act on the account afterwards.
What is and isn't affected
- Posts already published to Instagram stay on Instagram. They belong to your Instagram account; sSystm does not delete published Instagram content retroactively. Remove those in Instagram itself if you wish.
- Drafts and scheduling data you created inside sSystm are workspace data — they are removed when you delete the relevant items or your workspace, as described below and in ourPrivacy Policy.
03Removing sSystm on Meta's side
You can also revoke sSystm's access from within Instagram or Facebook, independently of the app. In your Instagram or Meta Accounts Center, open Apps and websites (Settings → Apps and websites), find sSystm, and remove it. This withdraws the permission you granted through Meta, so the tokens can no longer be used. For completeness, we recommend also using the in-appDisconnect above, which deletes the stored tokens on our side as well.
04Deleting your whole workspace or account
To delete your entire sSystm account and the limited personal data we process centrally — your identity, organisation membership and operational metadata — contactsupport@zorc.se (mark the message "Privacy"). If you are an organisation owner, this covers offboarding the organisation. We action verified deletion requests within the timeframe set out in our Privacy Policy, keeping only what we are legally required to retain.
05Data in your own cloud (BYOC)
Your workspace business records — CRM contacts, projects, invoices, documents and so on — live in a database on your own Cloudflare account, not in a central sSystm store. For that data you are the controller: you can delete it directly in your own account at any time, and revoking sSystm's OAuth access locks us out while your data stays with you. See thePrivacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for the full picture.
06How to request deletion
The fastest routes are the self-service actions above: Disconnect in the Social module for an Instagram connection, and deleting items or your workspace for other data. For anything else — or to confirm a deletion — email support@zorc.se with the account or Instagram username concerned, and we will confirm once it's done.
