Getting started

Signing up & first steps.

How do I sign up for sSystm?
You sign in with Cloudflare — one OAuth grant against your own Cloudflare account. There is no email, no password and no signup form. See How it works.
Do I need a Cloudflare account first?
Yes. sSystm runs on your own Cloudflare account (BYOC = bring your own cloud), so you need one before you sign in. A free Cloudflare account is enough to start.
What happens the first time I sign in?
sSystm provisions your workspace inside your account: a D1 database is created, the core schema is migrated, and an MCP endpoint is opened for your AI. It takes seconds. See How it works.
Do I have to migrate or import data to begin?
No. The core workspace — CRM, Projects, Billing, Documents, Calendar — is empty and ready. You add clients and projects as you go; there is no forced import step.
Which modules are included from the start?
The core workspace is free: CRM, Projects, Billing, Documents and Calendar. Premium modules are switched on à la carte later. See Modules.
Is there a demo or trial?
The free core workspace is not a trial — it is the working core, free to keep. Premium modules are turned on when you need them. See Pricing.
BYOC

Your cloud & your data.

What does BYOC mean?
BYOC = bring your own cloud. Instead of a central sSystm database, your entire workspace runs inside your own Cloudflare account. Your clients, projects and invoices live in your infrastructure, not ours.
Where exactly is my data stored?
In a D1 database (Cloudflare’s SQL database) on your own Cloudflare account, in the region you pick at sign-in. There is no central sSystm database that holds your data.
Can I choose the region my data lives in?
Yes. You pick your data region during sign-in. Choose the EU and your database is created with a hard EU jurisdiction guarantee — enforced at the infrastructure level, not by a privacy policy. See Security.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays in your Cloudflare account. Because the database is yours, cancelling sSystm deletes nothing — you keep the data and simply revoke sSystm’s access.
Does sSystm keep a copy of my data?
No. There is no central store and no copy. sSystm reads and writes to your database through the access you grant, and you can revoke that access at any time.
Will my Cloudflare bill be expensive?
Most teams fit comfortably inside Cloudflare’s free tier. You pay Cloudflare directly for what you use, and sSystm never resells your own infrastructure back to you. See Pricing.
Security

Security & privacy.

How is my data isolated from other customers?
Every customer runs on their own Cloudflare account, so there is no shared multi-tenant database to leak across. Your data sits alone in your own infrastructure. See Security.
Is sSystm GDPR-friendly?
Yes. You can pin your database to an EU jurisdiction enforced at the infrastructure level, and because the data is yours you control export and deletion. See Security.
Can I sign a DPA and review your sub-processors?
Yes. A Data Processing Agreement and a current sub-processor list are published under Legal. For a deeper review, email enterprise@ssystm.com.
Do you offer SSO, roles and audit logs?
Roles and infrastructure audit logs are part of the platform today. SAML/OIDC SSO and finer-grained role policies are on the enterprise roadmap — tell us what you need at enterprise@ssystm.com. See Enterprise.
How do I revoke sSystm’s access?
Because access is an OAuth grant on your own Cloudflare account, you revoke it from Cloudflare at any time. Your database and its data stay exactly where they are.
Can I export or delete everything?
Yes. The workspace lives on your own cloud, so the data is always yours — export or delete it any time, and revoke sSystm’s access instantly.
AI & MCP

AI, over MCP.

What is MCP?
MCP = Model Context Protocol, an open standard for connecting AI to tools and data. sSystm exposes your workspace over MCP so an AI can read and write it in a structured way. See Your AI, over MCP.
Can I use my own AI?
Yes. Any MCP-compatible AI — Claude, Cursor and others — plugs straight into your workspace over MCP. You can also use the AI built into sSystm.
What does “human-gated” mean?
Every AI write that is not provably read-only is staged for a person to approve before it runs. The AI proposes; a human confirms. Nothing changes your data without your say-so. See Your AI, over MCP.
Can the AI change or delete my data on its own?
No. Read-only actions run freely, but any change is held for human approval first. That approval step is auditable by design.
What can the built-in AI do?
You describe what you need and sSystm builds it, shipping the result to your own account — for example on-brand components from your design tokens. Every write still goes through the human gate.
Where does the AI run — is my data sent elsewhere?
The AI acts on your workspace through the MCP endpoint on your own account. If you bring your own AI, it uses whatever provider you chose; sSystm does not insert a central data store in between.
Plans

Modules, billing & plans.

What is free and what costs money?
The core workspace — CRM, Projects, Billing, Documents, Calendar — is free. Premium modules (the Build, Design, Marketing & Content and Analyze suites, plus Chat and Routines) are à la carte. See Pricing.
How much do premium modules cost?
Pricing is being finalised and is “Coming soon” — the numbers are not announced yet. Join the waitlist on the Pricing page to hear first.
Can I turn modules on and off?
Yes. Switch a premium module on when you need it and off when you do not. Your data stays in your database either way — it is your account. See Modules.
Does the price scale with how much data I store?
No. Because your data lives in your own database, sSystm’s price never scales with your data — only with the modules you switch on. Storage is your Cloudflare account, not a sSystm charge.
Is there a per-seat fee?
No per-seat tax, no feature tiers and no storage overages. You pay for the premium modules you turn on, nothing else. See Pricing.
How do I pay Cloudflare versus sSystm?
Two separate bills: you pay Cloudflare directly for your own infrastructure (often free-tier), and sSystm for the premium modules you enable. sSystm never resells Cloudflare back to you.
Support

Account & support.

How fast do you answer support emails?
A real person on the team replies — usually within one business day. Email support@ssystm.com or use the form above.
Which email should I use?
Support → support@ssystm.com. General or sales → contact@ssystm.com. Security & procurement → enterprise@ssystm.com. Press → press@ssystm.com.
Where can I read the documentation?
Guides and reference for every module and the BYOC model live in the docs. For platform status and incident history, see Status.
Is there a community?
Yes — the forum is where agencies running on their own cloud compare notes. For product updates, see the changelog.
Do you run training or workshops?
Yes. We run hands-on workshops on BYOC, MCP and the modules — see Workshops or email contact@ssystm.com.
I have an enterprise or procurement question — who do I talk to?
Email enterprise@ssystm.com or start on the Enterprise page. We scope SSO, roles, DPAs and rollout with you.
