sSystm is the first BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud) agency OS. Instead of storing customer data in a central, multi-tenant database, sSystm provisions a dedicated database on each agency’s own Cloudflare account the moment they sign in. The core workspace — CRM, Projects, Billing, Documents and Calendar — is free from day one; premium modules like Build and Design System are added à la carte. The entire platform is exposed over MCP (Model Context Protocol) as 29 tools and 35 resources, so agencies connect the AI they already trust instead of using a bolted-on chatbot — every write it proposes is staged as pending until a human approves it.
Most SaaS tools store every customer’s data in one shared database. sSystm doesn’t have one — each organisation’s CRM, projects and invoices live in a dedicated database on that organisation’s own Cloudflare account.
Rather than shipping a generic chatbot, sSystm exposes its whole workspace over MCP. Connect Claude, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible client, and it reads and writes real records — grounded in the agency’s actual data.
Every AI-initiated write — inside the platform’s own agent mode or via an external MCP client acting on exposed tools — is staged as pending and logged. Nothing executes without a human approving it first.
