Local-first on Mac — your code never leaves your disk
The desktop app reasons about a folder on your own machine. Your files stay on your disk; the app calls out to the model, nothing calls in. Every change the agent makes is its own commit, so anything it does can be undone — and it asks before it touches a project for the first time.
