#What Agents does

The other direction from AI access: connect an outside service that speaks MCP, and take its data onto your own cloud.

• See before you import. Connect first and inspect what the service actually exposes. If it offers nothing importable, you are told rather than left waiting.
• Bring it home. Chosen records are imported onto your own cloud account — the whole record, exactly as it arrived, not a summary.
• The point is ownership. Data on someone else's service is data on their terms. This is the path from there to a copy that is genuinely yours.
• Disconnect cleanly. Drop the connection when you are done. What you brought home stays home.

#Why it exists

Your data sits in someone else's service, on their terms, behind their export button. "Own your data" means nothing if the data you care about lives somewhere you do not control.
